About me
With a background in neuropsychology and a Master’s degree in computational neuroscience, I’ve developed expertise at the intersection of brain function, the nervous system, nutrition, and lifestyle. My curiosity for health deepened as I explored the strong, often overlooked links between stress, digestion, hormonal balance, and eating behaviors.
After several years living in London, I experienced firsthand how a fast-paced, high-pressure environment can gradually wear down both body and mind, from chronic fatigue and digestive discomfort to hormonal imbalances and emotional eating.
At the time, the cravings felt like they controlled me. They often came with guilt, which I blamed on a lack of willpower or discipline. And when I was doing fine, I’d still fear the next setback, stuck in a cycle that felt frustrating and defeating. Over time, I even began to wonder if this struggle was just part of who I am.
Through my studies and personal healing, I came to understand that these imbalances weren’t so much about willpower. They were rooted in deeper physiological mechanisms: blood sugar instability, an over-activated nervous system, mental overload, and a disconnection from the body’s signals. My nervous system wasn’t broken, it was trying to cope, and my body needed safety
Becoming certified in Health Coaching felt like the missing piece the approach I had long wished for, not only for myself but for others. It brought together everything I’m passionate about: science, emotional awareness, and whole-person healing. It allowed me to help people see the full picture of their health, not just manage symptoms, but uncover root causes and reclaim their energy, clarity, confidence and most importantly rebuilding trust in themselves.
Today, I believe in health that is empowering, not overwhelming. Supportive, not restrictive. And I believe that with the right tools, understanding, and space to reconnect with yourself, lasting change is not only possible, but natural. My mission is to help people feel at home in their body and mind. Through regulating the nervous system, reducing inflammation, and creating a confident relationship with food, my clients can find true freedom in their body and life.
